Der Start wurde aber wegen politischer Unruhen nach Costa Rica verlegt. Die Reise fand in der ersten Novemberh\u00e4lfte statt. Wir fliegen nach San Jos\u00e9, wo wir am Nachmittag in unserem ersten Hotel einchecken und unsere Reiser\u00e4der in Empfang nehmen. <br>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag, ein Sonntagmorgen, ist das Zentrum der Stadt recht ausgestorben. Ideal f\u00fcr eine kleine Besichtigungstour per Rad und eine Eingew\u00f6hnung an den Drahtesel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow\"><div Wir starten im Orosital mit unseren R\u00e4dern und queren den Reventazon-Fluss. Durch Kaffeeplantagen geht es \u00fcber einen kleinen Pass, wo sich ein Lastwagen nach einer Panne quer \u00fcber die Strasse stellt. Unsere heutige Lodge befindet sich auf einer Anh\u00f6he und gegen Abend regnet es kr\u00e4ftig, was die Weitsicht etwas einschr\u00e4nkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 Nach einer Fahrt durch den Regenwald erreichen wir die Grenze zu Panama. Wir steigen um in den Bus, damit wir unser Boot f\u00fcr das Tagesziel, die Insel Bocas del Toro&#8216; rechtzeitig erreichen.  Der Klimawechsel vom Hochland zum karibischen Meer ist enorm. M. und von dort eine lange Abfahrt auf der Pazifikseite bis zur Stadt Gualaca.
